Exhibition stand fit-out and installation in Morocco
Prepare a space ready to receive visitors: furniture, graphics, lighting and assembly coordination based on your stand, venue and exhibition schedule.
This service focuses on making the exhibition space operational. It can complete an existing stand or support a new layout. The brief distinguishes available components from items to supply, adapt, transport or install.
Fit out an existing stand or prepare a new space
Start with an inventory of structures, counters, graphics, furniture, screens and products. Give dimensions, condition, delivery arrangements and a responsible contact for each item. An existing stand may need new graphics, different furniture or adaptation to a new floor plan.
The layout should support reception, demonstrations and meetings without obstructing circulation. Keep working items accessible and identify storage needs. If a structure needs to be created or substantially altered, consider custom fabrication before requesting a quotation for installation alone.
Choose furniture, signage and lighting for actual use
Meeting tables, reception counters and product displays perform different tasks. Quantities depend on the staff present and simultaneous conversations expected. Check viewing distance for demonstrations and access to storage.
Signage should explain your offer and guide visitors with readable messages. Lighting supports product visibility and working conditions. Review printed supports, power points and connections together. Distinguish client-supplied equipment, items requested from Spirale Events and services supplied by the venue.
Coordinate access and assembly operations
The schedule includes deliveries, access and authorised assembly windows. Door and passage dimensions, unloading areas, access formalities and handling restrictions affect installation. Obtain these details from the organiser or venue manager.
Define the sequence of work so finishes do not prevent access to components still requiring technical intervention. Check connections, fixings, height limits and required documents against the rules. Identify client, organiser and contractor contacts to make decisions easier during preparation and on site.
Check the space before visitors arrive
Review the agreed items: furniture positioning, graphics against approved content, lighting and equipment access. Circulation must remain usable and reception areas should support the team’s working arrangements. Define the checks and any outstanding points with the project lead.
Support during the event is a separate requirement from assembly. If you need technical attendance, particular adjustments or demonstration assistance, include that in the brief. Intervention conditions and responsibilities should be stated in the proposal rather than inferred from stand delivery.
Plan dismantling and compare the quoted scope
After closing, identify items to collect, their packaging and destination. Coordinate dismantling windows, return transport, client-owned items and any storage with the venue. Planning the end of the event avoids discovering extra transport requirements at closing time.
Costs depend on the volume moved, component condition, adaptations, furniture and equipment. Access, schedule and support requirements also affect the proposal. When comparing quotes, check that the same operations are covered and services required by the organiser are distinguished correctly.
Your questions before requesting a quote
Can you fit out a stand that already exists?+
Send the inventory, photographs, dimensions and assembly documents. Assessment determines which items can be reused, adapted or completed according to their condition and the new position.
Are electrical connections included?+
Distinguish stand equipment from connections or services that the organiser may require. Responsibilities and included items are defined after reviewing needs and technical rules.
Does installation include assistance during the event?+
State this requirement separately. Assembly, operational attendance and dismantling are different scopes to discuss in the quotation.
Which documents help plan installation?+
A dimensioned plan, component inventory, technical rules, access and dismantling windows, delivery information and venue contact. Add power needs and client-supplied equipment.
Should furniture and lighting be ordered separately?+
They can be assessed with the fit-out. Specify quantities, functions and requirements so the proposal identifies supplies, client equipment and on-site work.

These guides help you gather the information needed before comparing solutions or reserving production resources.
Discuss your project
Send the venue, dates, plan or programme, required services and indicative budget. Identify items already booked so the proposal covers the work you need.
